Hoo-hoo-hoola hooping. The best way to drop pregnancy weight!

Hoola hooping is so much fun and so good for you. It's great exercise - you get to dance, swirl, twirl, and have a blast. I was babysitting with my husband yesterday, my sister's children, and I took a little break to go outside and have a little photographic, self portraiture hooping session. Here are the results from that leisurely excursion!
