Made this today. It's the easiest recipe... I consumed this with 40 spice hummus, feta cheese, and a little extra dried basil from my herb garden on top! YUM! |
- 1 1/2 c warm water
- 1tbsp sugar
- 1tbsp yeast
- 1tsp salt
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- seasonings of your choice (I used pink salt, black pepper, fresh chopped basil and oregano, and a tsp of chicken bouillon)
- Mix water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes for yeast to activate.
- Mix in flour, salt, and seasonings until well mixed.
- Grease pan with olive oil. (I had some infused with basil on hand)
- Flour the pan to prevent sticking.
- Place dough in pan, form to fit.
- Brush with olive oil on the top.
- Place in oven while it's preheating to 400.
- Once preheated, cook for 15-17 minutes.
